The above fees include:
One room suite with a bathroom; 24 hour residence staffing; nursing supervision with medication monitoring; daily: assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.), three nutritious meals, snacks, bed making and trash pick-up; weekly: laundering of bed linens and towels, laundering of personal clothing, room cleaning; biweekly: nurse performed health and wellness checks (weight and vital signs); social programs and activities appropriate to ability; utilities (except telephone and cable TV); scheduled medical transportation with companion to accompany and remain with resident throughout duration of appointment.

Respite Care: Service which allows caregivers to have temporary relief from their duties.
The senior in need of care becomes our resident for the time period chosen for their usual caregiver's reprieve. This Service includes overnight accomodations in a one room suite with a private bath, three meals a day, one snack per day, scheduled activities, daily trash pick-up, and weekly room cleaning with bed linens laundered.
*After 30 days rates revert to regular monthly rate for full time residents ($3,500) with any portion of a month thereafter prorated.
Adult Day Care:
Service which allows caregivers to work during the day or to simply have a day off to regroup and still ensure that their loved one is safe, secure, well-fed and interactive with others. Drop off time for this service is 8:00AM and pick-up time is 6:00PM. This Service includes
a one room suite with private bath during the day for resting as needed, two meals per day, one snack per day, activities, daily trash pick-up and weekly room cleaning with bed linens laundered.
